Lik Sang Needed to be shutdown

The popular Lik Sang website was shut down recently thanks to ‘multiple legal actions brought against it by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Limited and Sony Computer Entertainment Inc.’.
GWN has a new article up that argues in defense of Sony, claiming that the game company did the right thing for gamers by shutting down Lik Sang.
‘Take a look at Lik-Sang’s history before you jump to their defense. In 2002 they were sued by Nintendo and Microsoft as well as Sony for selling modchips for consoles and handhelds which could be used to play games without purchasing the product. So last year when Lik-Sang began exporting Sony PSPs to customers in Europe before the product’s European release it wasn’t their first transgression against the console giant.’
